Removing the Keyboard Shielding Plate
1. Turn off the computer, remove the battery ( page 2 - 5 ) and keyboard ( page 2 - 16 ).
2. Remove screws - from the keyboard shielding plate ( Figure 2 - 13 a ).
3. Carefully lift the keyboard shielding plate off the computer ( Figure 2 - 13 b ).
4. Disconnect the cable and connectors & from the mainboard ( Figure 2 - 13 c ).
