and beat.

Stir milk into egg
mixture.

Vanilla Extract

Cover the bottom of
one 12x10x2 1/2” solid
pan. *Pour custard
mixture over.
Steam
Remove from steamer
and refrigerate
immediately. Cut into
squares. *Pour into
individual custard cups.
A fluted cup works well.
Steam
Refrigerate
immediately. Before
serving, invert on
serving dish.
