ATTACH END PANEL ASSEMBLIES
Gather the parts:
• Fabric clips - #CC6212 (Set aside 4 clips for the door
conduit and divide the remaining quantity in half.)
• Pipe 1.315" x 75" Swaged (1)
• Pipe 1.315" x 49.5" Plain (1)
• Tek screws, measuring tape, and scissors or utility knife
Complete these steps:
1. Move to one end panel and pull it up and over the end
rafter.
Verify that the panel is centered as desired.
2. While standing inside the shelter, secure the end panel
in place near the top, center of end rafter using a fabric
clip (#CC6212) and Tek screw.
NOTE:
Use half of the clips for each end panel. Install
the Tek screw in a location that will not contact the
cover when it is installed.
3. Moving outward in both directions, evenly space and
secure the fabric clips along the rafter to secure the
end panel.
Large Zippered Door Conduit Assembly
The door conduit provides support when rolling the door
to its open position. Depending on use and personal
preference, attaching the door conduit is optional. Pipe is
included if the conduit is wanted.
Complete these steps to install the conduit:
1. Assemble the door conduit by connecting the 75"
swaged pipe to the 49.5" plain pipe, secure the joint
using a Tek screw, and tape over the Tek screw to
protect the end panel.
2. Insert the conduit assembly into the door pocket. When
installed correctly, the conduit is flush at each end of
the conduit.
NOTE:
Trim the conduit to length if needed.
3. Secure the conduit to the panel using the four (4) fabric
clips (#CC6212) as shown above. Actual end panel
may differ.
NOTE:
Once the conduit is attached, zip the door
completely shut or roll it open. To prevent possible
injury, never allow the door to remain unzipped and in
the closed or down position.
Always secure the door panel.
4. After attaching the door conduit, continue with the
installation of the main cover.
NOTE:
The end panels may be shipped as untrimmed
rectangular pieces. If so, use scissors to trim the
excess end panel material inside the shelter to an inch
or two past the fabric clip.
4. Repeat the above procedure to secure the remaining
end panel to the frame.
5. Install the door conduit.
View shows the inside surface of the end panel.
