Installation and Care Instructions
Thank you for purchasing the Silver-line Power-HUB. We hope that you enjoy the
HUB.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of electrical shock do not attempt to
open the Silver-line Power-HUB. There are no user-serviceable parts
inside and the unit can only be serviced by Clearer Audio. If a
problem occurs with your Silver-line Power-HUB then please contact
us.
Safety guidelines:
1.)
Do not expose the HUB to rain or moisture.
2.)
Do not attempt to modify the power cable.
3.)
Unplug the HUB during electrical storms.
4.)
Only use with a 250V 50/60Hz power supply.
5.)
If cleaning is required, unplug the HUB and use a soft lint free cloth. Do
not use cleaning products.
Installation and Care guidelines:
The HUB does not require any maintenance but in order to get the best out of
the HUB and ultimately your system please read the following guidelines.
1.)
The HUB is fully star-wired so each component is provided with power
from a central distribution block. The star-wiring also minimises
interactions between components. You may however notice a slight
improvement in performance by plugging components that draw the
most current in sequentially from left to right (i.e., the component that
draws the most current is plugged into socket 1 – nearest the inlet – and
the component that draws the least current is plugged into the last
socket).
