Limited Warranty Information (USA)
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty covers substantial defects in materials and workmanship in your new ClearView Audio Product purchased
from a ClearView Audio Authorized Dealer, and used normally in accordance with ClearView Audio’s published guidelines. This
Limited Warranty does not apply if you purchased your ClearView Audio Product from anyone other than a ClearView Audio
Authorized Dealer or if you reside outside the United States.
How Long Does This Warranty Last?
This Limited Warranty lasts for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase (or, if you pre-ordered the product,
one year from the date ClearView Audio shipped the Product to you), unless you sell or otherwise transfer the Product during
that period, in which case the Limited Warranty terminates upon sale or transfer. This Limited Warranty is not assignable or
transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
ClearView Audio’s Limited Warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product in an

product. This Limited Warranty also does not apply if the ClearView Audio serial number has been removed or defaced, or if the
product was purchased from someone other than a ClearView Audio Authorized Dealer or if you reside outside of the United
States. Also, incidental, indirect, and consequential damages are NOT covered and cannot be recovered under this Limited

How Do You Get Service?
You must contact your ClearView Audio Authorized Dealer or ClearView Audio at [email protected]
for a return authorization (R.A.). Neither ClearView Audio nor the authorized dealer is liable for damage to the product caused
during shipment. We therefore require that you use the original shipping cartons for packing the product. If the original cartons
are not available to you, at the time you request a Return Authorization you must also request a shipping carton and packing
materials. You must pay the cost of shipping the product to ClearView Audio for service, but ClearView Audio will pay the cost of
shipping the product back to your after the completion of service under this Limited Warranty. DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT TO
