WARRANTY REPAIRS AND RETURNS
Before returning equipment for repair, contact a User
Support Center to obtain a Return Material Authorization
(RMA). VGC representatives will give you instructions and
addresses for returning your equipment. You must ship the
equipment at your expense, and the support center will
return the equipment at VGC’s expense.
