Pour tap water into the funnel until it reaches the water line (Fig. 11). Attach the lid to
the jug. Ensure the lid is closed. Keep the jug upright to allow
fi
ltering to take place
for general storage (Fig. 12). Add more tap water after all water has been
fi
ltered to
attain 1.2L. Pour away the water that has collected in the jug after all of the water in
the funnel has been
fi
ltered. Failure to do this will result in
fi
ltered water with un
fi
ltered
water (Fig. 13).
* You can remove the lid by pushing up the back part of it with your
fi
ngers (Fig. 14).
* Every time you change the cartridge, follow the procedures in (Fig. 1-8).
The counter reminds you when its time to change the Media cartridge (Fig. 15). To
see the status of the Media cartridge, press the counter button for 0.5-2 seconds.
Each dot refers to a lifetime of about 1 week. The four dots light at the onset, and
one turns off every other week. Thirty days after beginning of use, when you press
the counter button, all four dots will be blinking. At this point please change the Media
cartridge. To reset the timing, press the counter button for 2-5 seconds.
* When the

lter jug is not in use, press the counter button for more than 7 seconds to
turn the power off.
