Charging Up the Battery
CAUTION!

Remove the mains plug of the mains adapter from the plug socket if you are not using
it for a prolonged period.
❐
Make sure that the device is switched off before you connect it to the mains adapter!
❐
It is essential that you charge up the battery fully before you
fi
rst use the device
in order to achieve the maximum charging capacity. The
fi
rst charge will last
for approx. 8-12 hours.

If the battery is fully discharged during use, it will take approx. 8-12 hours for
the battery to be recharged.
1. First plug the barrel connector of the mains adapter into the connecting socket on the
bottom of the cordless vacuum cleaner and then into a properly installed and easily
accessible plug socket.
2. Allow the battery of the device to charge up for around 8-12 hours in order to achieve
the maximum charging capacity. The control lamp lights up when the device is
connected to the mains power.
3. First disconnect the mains adapter from the mains power and then disconnect the
barrel connector from the device.
4. Store it out of the reach of children.
Fitting the Wall Mounting Bracket
CAUTION!

Choose a suitable place for the wall mounting bracket which should be as dry and
close to a plug socket as possible.
❐
Make sure that you do not drill into or destroy any pipes or cables. Find out
where possible pipes or cables may run and avoid them.
1. Now hold the wall mounting bracket against the chosen location and mark the drill
holes using a pencil.
2. Then attach the wall mounting bracket to the wall using the associated screws and
dowels.
3. If the barrel connector is not already attached in the wall mounting bracket, plug it into
the holder which is provided for this purpose.
