Care during operation

The
fi
lter and dust container must be completely dried after washing before they may be
reinserted.
❐
The appliance should be used only when it is fully assembled. The battery, dust container,
and all
fi
lters must all be installed.
❐
In the interests of your own safety, inspect the appliance for damage every time before
use. In case of defects, the appliance may no longer be used until serviced by a specialist.
❐
Connected cables must not represent a tripping hazard.
❐
Do not insert anything into the openings/nozzles of the appliance and take care that
these do not become clogged.
❐
Use only original manufacturer's accessories.
Faults and equipment and appliance damage

Before starting up the appliance, you must make sure that the
fl
oor is free of objects that
could get caught in the brushes or nozzle or prevent the appliance from cleaning. Ensure
that the appliance cannot get caught in cables or curtains. It could, for example, get
caught in the cable of a table lamp and pull it off the table.

In the event of damage/interference, switch the appliance off immediately.
❐
Before you inspect the appliance for clogging or before removing clogging, switch off the
appliance entirely.
❐
Do not insert any items into the appliance. They could contact live parts.
❐
If liquids or foreign bodies get into the appliance, switch it off immediately. Have the ap-
pliance inspected before further use.
❐
Keep the appliance in a dry place at temperatures between 0 and 40°C.
❐
Never place heavy objects on the appliance.
❐
Protect the appliance against heat, naked
fl
ames, direct sunlight, moisture, and
collisions. Do not drop the appliance.
❐
Do not try to lubricate the rollers with lubricants or oil. This would cause dust and dirt
to increasingly adhere to the rollers.
❐
Do not touch the UV lamp with your bare hands since it can be damaged by greasy
fi
ngerprints.
Warranty Terms
The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects and damage caused by improper
handling or unauthorised attempts to repair. The same applies for normal wear.
