intended for commercial use. Only use the product for the in-
tended purpose and only as described in the instructions. Any
other use is deemed improper.

CAUTION – Danger of corrosive injury!
If the rechargeable
battery has leaked, do not allow your skin, eyes and mucous
membranes to come into contact with the battery acid. If you
touch battery acid, rinse the affected sites with abundant fresh
water immediately and contact a doctor as soon as possible.

Never immerse the rechargeable battery in water or other
liquids and make sure that there is no risk of it falling in water
or getting wet.
■
Only charge the rechargeable battery with the mains adapter
and the charging station of the main unit.
■
Before inserting the rechargeable battery pack, check that the
contacts are clean and, if necessary, clean them.
■
Only use the battery type speci

ed in the technical data.
■
Immediately remove a leaky rechargeable battery from
the device. Clean the contacts before you insert a new
rechargeable battery.
■
The rechargeable battery must not be disassembled, thrown
on a
fi
re, immersed in liquids or short circuited.

If the product is defective, do not attempt to repair it yourself. In
the event of damage, contact the customer service department.

Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning products to clean
the product.

When the device is not in use, store it in a cool, dry place that
is not accessible for children and animals.

Use
• Only use the replacement rechargeable battery with the speci-

ed vacuum cleaners and only with the charging adapter for the

• Observe the information on charging the rechargeable battery,
use as well as cleaning and storage in the user manual for the
main unit.

Disposal
The packaging material is recyclable. Please dispose of it
in an environmentally friendly manner and take it to a recy-
cling centre.
Dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly man-
ner. It should not be disposed of in the normal domestic
waste. Dispose of it at a recycling centre for used electrical
and electronic devices.
You can obtain more information from your local authorities.
The non-rechargeable battery should be removed prior to
disposal of the device and disposed of separately from the
device. To protect the environment, non-rechargeable and
rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of with normal
household waste, but must be taken to suitable collection
points. Also note the relevant statutory regulations gover-
ning the disposal of batteries.
