The device does not work
Make sure the device is plugged in
The device switches itself off
Make sure the device is plugged in and the socket works
Check whether the HEPA filter is well positioned in the device
Check whether the rear cover is snapped
No air circulation
Unplug the device. Check whether the activated carbon pre-filter
and the HEPA filter are clean. Replace them if necessary
Intensified noise
Make sure that the filters are clean. Replace them if necessary.
Long beeping
It is time to replace the filters, see chapter "Cleaning and maintenance"
