• High sound levels can lead to permanent hearing loss. Use hearing protection as recommended.

• Avoid breathing in dust or handling debris from work process which can be harmful to your health.

• Operators and maintenance personnel must be physically able to handle the bulk, weight and power of the tool.

• This tool is not intended for use in explosive atmospheres and is not insulated for contact with electric power 

sources.

IMPACT WRENCHES AND RATCHET WRENCHES

• Read all the instructions before using the tool. All operators must be fully trained in its use and aware of these 

safety rules. All service and repair must be carried out by trained personnel.

• The sockets used must be of the correct drive size and "impact" type. Never use sockets other than "impact" type.

• Do not use sockets with excessive wear to the input and output drives. Check that the square on any other type 

of drive or the impact wrench is not cracked or with excessive wear before fi tting or changing socket, extension, 

etc… Ensure that the socket is fi rmly fi xed before using the tool.

• Always ensure that a stable position or footing is adapted before using the tool.

• Ensure that the tool has been set up on a test joint. Incorrect set up could cause joint breakage with sudden and 

unexpected movement of the tool.

• Use only correct spare parts for repair.

• Always ensure that the reverse valve is in the correct position.
