STRETCH BELT INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL TOOL
Belt assembly
• Choose the right tightener (n°1,2) according to the diameter of the pulley on which you have to work.
• Put the tooth of the tightener on the external part of the pulley
• Tighten one the supplied screws (n°4,5,6,7) on the fi tting tool: for the Ø 50mm tightener (n°1) follow the same
locking procedure described above in the belt disassembling operation, for the Ø 32 tightener (n°2) screw the
screws into the threaded hole.
Warning: the screw has to lean on the bottom of the pulley (pic. D).
• Lay the belt on the lower part of the pulley (pic. E).
• Insert the tightener making it stick to the pulley (pic. F).
• Use the suitable key to turn the pulley and keep the tightener in its position (pic. G).
• Turn until inserting the belt completely on the pulley (pic. H).
