M5-M12 INSERT SET
1. Drill out the damaged
thread using the
correctly sized twist
drill bit provided.
4. Insert the threaded
insert into the threaded
hole using the
installation tool
2. Tap drilled hole using
screw tap provided.
5. Use the breaking pin
tool and hit a sharp
blow to break the rod
of the insert.
3. Load thread insert
into installation tools.
6. Thread is repaired
and ready to use.
