SAFETY
This document describes important items to use this product safely, correctly and efficiently.
Please carefully read this manual before using this product, especially read the "WARNING/
CAUTION" at the beginning of this manual, and use it after being understood. Please keep this
manual in a safe place so that you can refer to it whenever you use this product.
Intended use
This machine is used to discharge exhaust gas generated when inspecting and maintaining
general passenger cars and trucks in idling state together with exhaust fans and ducts and
discharging them outdoors. Please note that this machine can not be used for emissions such as
fume, dust, etc.
The following warnings and precautions are very important, so please be sure to observe them.
• Do not use for a long time with the engine speed of the vehicle engine raised (empty puff or
high load condition). The temperature of the exhaust gas rises, causing dammages such as fire,
deterioration of the hose, as well as exhaust gas filling the room may affect workers’ health.
• Do not use the black smoke removing device in a playing state in vehicles equipped with black
smoke eliminating devices (DPF, DPD, DPR, etc.). The temperature of the exhaust gas becomes
high (400 ° C or higher), which may cause damage to the hose or fire.
•Make sure to insert the rubber nozzle into the vehicle muffler securely. When the fixed state is
insufficient, the nozzle may come off during engine startup or operation, exhaust gas can not be
sucked, exhaust gas is filled in the room, and there is a possibility that the worker’s health may
be affected there is.
Never modify this machine. There is a danger of injury or failure if you remodel it.
The rubber nozzle just after stopping the engine of the vehicle is very hot. Please wear gloves to
remove rubber nozzles, and be careful not to burn yourself.
Note:
Please do not use with the engine cleaner. The ingredients contained in the engine cleaner
significantly shorten the life of the exhaust hose.
Ignoring the warnings indicates the possibility of death or serious injury to the user or person in
the same room.
