Warning
1. Read the entire instruction manual before using the charger.
2. The charger is only designed for charging Ni-MH batteries, size
HR03 or HR6. Attempts to charge other types of batteries can
lead to personal injury or damage the charger. The batteries
can leak or explode if incorrectly inserted, thrown in a fire, mixed
with other types of batteries or short circuited.
3. Do not expose the charger to rain or moisture. The product
is only intended for indoor use.
4. Unplug the adaptor from the power point when the charger
is not in use.
5. Do not use an extension lead or other accessory besides
the ones included with the charger. Doing so can lead to an
electrical fire or personal injury.
6. Do not use the equipment if damaged. Allow a qualified
repairman to perform any necessary repairs.
7. Use only the included adaptor. Do not disassemble or modify
the product in any way.
8. Remove the adaptor from the mains before and cleaning of
the charger of adaptor.
9. The charger is not a toy. Do not allow small children near the
charger without supervision.
Charging
N.B. The rechargeable batteries are not pre-charged. They must be
charged first before using them for the first time.
1. Insert 2 or 4 Ni-MH batteries; size HR6/HR03 in the battery
slots. The batteries must be charged in pairs. When charging
2 batteries, they must both be charged either in the right or left
section. (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2)
Battery status
The charger automatically senses the battery status when charging
commences.
• If any of the batteries is unchargeable, short circuited,
or are mispositioned in the battery compartment, the LED
will flash rapidly.
•
Remove the defective battery and dispose of it. Refer to
Disposal.

• Charging of the batteries in the battery compartment is stopped
when the USB outlet is used.
• The green LED lights when the USB outlet is ready for use.
• The connected USB devices power consumption cannot exceed
500 mA.

2. Insert the batteries according to the (+ and -) markings in the
battery compartment.
3. Charge only one battery size at a time. Don’t mix HR6 and
HR03 batteries.
4. Connect the charger to a power point (100-240 VAC). The built-
in power supply will adjust automatically. The red LED light is lit
when charging is in progress.
5. The LED turns off when the batteries are fully charged and
ready to use.
6. Remove the charged batteries from the charger and remove the
charger from the outlet. Never let charged or even remain in the
charger when it is unplugged or for extended periods of time.
