Rechargeable Lighter

Please read the entire instruction manual before using the product and then save
it for future reference. We reserve the right for any errors in text or images and any
necessary changes made to technical data. In the event of technical problems or

Safety
Warning:
• The product is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
• Never subject the product to heavy impacts, high humidity or wetting.
• Extreme fire hazard. Do not expose the product to naked flames and
temperatures exceeding 50 °C (120 °F) or long periods of strong sunlight.
• Never touch the electrodes or the spark. Doing so could result in an electric
shock or burn injury.
• Never let the spark come into contact with people or animals.
• Keep the product a safe distance away from your face, skin, clothing and
combustible items.
• Never dismantle or try to repair the product or any of its accessories by yourself.
All repairs must be carried out by qualified technicians using original spare parts.
• Use only the included Micro-USB cable to charge the product.
Product description
• Rechargeable lighter for tea lights, pillar candles, dinner candles, etc.
• Generates an electric arc between two ceramic electrodes.
• Charged using a Micro-USB cable.
Charging
Note:
• Fully charge the product every second month if it is not to be used for a long
time. This will prolong the service life of the battery.
• Do not charge the lighter for longer than three hours ( it takes 2–3 hours to
fully charge the battery). Never leave the lighter on charge for longer than this
as doing so will shorten the service life of the battery.
• The lighter cannot be used while it is charging.
When a blue LED (D) starts flashing while the lighter is being used, it is time to
recharge the battery.
1. Connect the included Micro-USB cable between the lighter and a computer,
mobile phone charger or other compatible charger with an output of 5 V (+/- 0.5 V).

The blue LED indicates that charging is in progress.
2. The LED goes out when the lighter is fully charged.
3. Disconnect the Micro-USB cable.
Instructions for use
Warning:
• As soon as the candle is lit, release the ignition button (C) and move the lighter
away from the flame.
• Make sure that the spark in the nozzle (E) has been extinguished before you
put the lighter down.
1. Hold the lighter with the ignition button
facing upwards and the nozzle pointing
forwards.
2. Hold in the lock release button (B).
3. Slide the ignition button forwards and hold
it there.
4. Place the spark/nozzle of the lighter against
the wick of the candle to be lit.
5. As soon as the candle is lit, release
the ignition button and move the lighter
away from the flame.
Information
• It is completely normal for the lighter to
make a buzzing noise during use.
• After about 10 seconds of use, the lighter
switches off. When you release the ignition
button, the lighter will be ready for use again.

Care and maintenance
• Clean the product using a damp cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents, never
solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Remove any soot, ash or wax from the nozzle of the lighter using a dry cloth,
brush or suitable cleaning implement.
Important:
• Never clean the nozzle using a cleaning implement made of metal, as doing
so may damage the electrodes.
• Never extend the electrodes using the ignition button to access them more
easily for cleaning. Doing so could result in the cloth or cleaning implement
catching fire.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that this product should not be disposed
of with general household waste. This applies throughout
the entire EU. In order to prevent any harm to the environment
or health hazards caused by incorrect waste disposal,
the product must be handed in for recycling so that the material
can be disposed of in a responsible manner. When recycling
your product, take it to your local collection facility or contact
the place of purchase. They will ensure that the product is
disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
