Please read the entire instruction manual before using the product and then save
it for future reference. We reserve the right for any errors in text or images and any

Warning
• The light bar must only be connected to a power supply of 9–30 V DC.
• The light bar will become hot if used continuously. Do not touch the glass or
housing of the light bar straight after it has been switched off, let it cool down for
about 30 minutes first.
• Make sure that the cooling fins of the light bar are kept clean so that air can
circulate around them unimpeded.
Preparations
1. Read the instructions and wiring diagram carefully before installation.
2. Check the applicable laws and regulations regarding extra road vehicle lighting
before installation.
3. Disconnect the earth (negative (
−
)) lead from the vehicle battery to prevent short-
circuiting before connecting any cables.
Note:
Before disconnecting the earth
lead, check the instruction book of your vehicle to find out if there are any special
instructions regarding the removal of battery leads.
4. Run the new cables alongside the existing cables, binding them with cable ties to
prevent them from hanging loose.
5. Make sure that the cables cannot come into contact with any moving parts.
Wiring diagram
Note:
The relay, fuse holder and power switch are all sold separately.
1. The power switch should be installed in a location which is easily accessible for
the driver.
2. Check if the system voltage is 12 or 24 V DC and buy a suitable relay.
3. Connections: red
+

.
Connect the red cable via a fuse (30 A) and a relay to the positive (
+
) battery terminal.
Connect the black cable to the negative (
−
) battery terminal or to an earthing point
(applies to vehicles).
4. Connect the two quick connectors (A) and (B) at the light bar.
5. Check for correct functioning.
