Troubleshooting
If the infrared heater doesn’t work:
1. Make sure the infrared heater is connected to a live electrical socket.
2. Check that the heater is not tilted and has caused the tip-over switch to activate.
The infrared heater must be on a flat and level surface.
3. If you still experience problems, contact Customer Services.
