Why can’t the photo frame
display all the files on the
memory card/USB stick?
•
Some memory cards are not compatible with the photo frame.
Use a compatible memory card.
•
Wrong image format (only JPEG images are supported).
A memory card is connected
to the photo frame, but the
photo frame cannot read it.
•
Make sure that you are using a memory card that is supported by
the photo frame.
•
Make sure that the memory card is correctly connected.
•
Wrong file format (only JPEG images are supported).
•
NOTE:
Some digital camera save photos in a non-standard file
format. Check the user guide for the camera.
Some photos load more
quickly than others.
•
Photos with a high resolution take longer to load.
Use lower-resolution photos for faster display.
•
The recommended resolution is 800 x 600 pixels.
•
NOTE:
The highest supported resolution is 8000 x 8000 pixels.
The photo frame does not start
/ no photos are displayed.
•
Check that the mains adapter is correctly connected.
•
Check that the switch (8) is set to ON.
How do I rotate a photo?
•
Open the OSD menu (in photo display mode) with the OSD button (26).
•
Use
[◄]
and
[►]
to go to in the OSD menu.
•
Press [OK] (24) several times to rotate the photo to the required
position.
•
NOTE!
The photos return to their original position when you switch
off the photo frame.
Which resolution is best?
•
The recommended resolution is 800 x 600 pixels.
The highest resolution is 8000 x 8000 pixels.
The remote controller does
not work.
•
Check the battery in the remote controller and fit a new battery
if necessary.
•
Aim the remote controller directly at the photo frame. Hold the
remote controller closer to the photo frame. Check that there are no
obstacles between the remote controller and the sensor.
