Functions

3. Turn the megaphone on by turning the ON/OFF switch
to the ”ON” position, so that the red diode is lit.
4. Press the MUSIC SPEAKER button to start the musical
loop.
Alarm function
1. Make sure that none of the buttons are pressed down.
2. Make sure that the volume control is set at a low level
to begin with, adjust afterwards.
3. Turn the megaphone on by turning the ON/OFF switch
to the ”ON” position, so that the red diode is lit.
4. Press the ALARM button to activate the alarm function.
Care and maintenance
Clean the megaphone with a soft damp cloth when needed
and even a mild cleaning fluid. Avoid using solvents and
abrasive cleaning fluids.
Waste disposal
When you decide to dispose of the product you should
do this in accordance with local regulations. If you are not
sure about how you should proceed, contact your local
municipality/council.

Safety
Remember that high noise levels may damage your hear-
ing. Do not expose yourself or anyone else to high noise
levels for any long period of time. Never aim the mega-
phone directly at someone’s ear at close range.
Installing the batteries
The megaphone runs on six R20 batteries. Open the bat-
tery cover by pressing the button behind the handle. When
you insert the batteries make sure the poles are placed in
the right direction by following the markings on the insider
of the cover.
Using the megaphone
Speaking into the megaphone
1. Make sure that none of the buttons are pressed down.
2. Make sure that the volume control is set at a low level
to begin with, adjust afterwards.
3. Turn the megaphone on by turning the ON/OFF switch
to the ”ON” position, so that the red diode is lit.
4. Speak into the on-board microphone or into the
separate microphone (see below).
Separate microphone
1. Connect the separate microphone in the jack (c).
2. To activate the microphone, hold down the button on
the side of the microphone.
Note! The on-board microphone deactivates automatically
as soon as the separate microphone is connected.
Music function
1. Make sure that none of the buttons are pressed down.
