Assembly
To grate/slice vegetables, etc.
1. Fit a pair of blades (5) into the cone (6).
2. Put the cone (6) into the cutting attachment (4).
3. Fit the lock collar (7) to secure the cone (6) inside the cutter attachment.
4. Attach the assembled parts to the motor unit (9). Turn the assembly anticlockwise
to lock it in place.
5. To take the product apart, reverse the assembly procedure.
For sorbet
1. Fit rubber seal 1 (17) onto the crusher screw (18) and rubber seal 2 (19) into
the screw-on lid (20).
2. Fit the crusher screw (18) into the crusher attachment (16).
3. Screw the cap (20) on anticlockwise.
4. Attach the assembled parts to the motor unit (9). Turn the assembly anticlockwise
to lock it in place.
5. To take the product apart, reverse the assembly procedure.
Note:
There is a spanner (21) for tightening and undoing the cap.
