Troubleshooting guide
The sound falters
at high volume. Some USB ports can only supply 500 mA, which if the speakers
are played at high volume might result in choppy audio playback.
Connect the USB cable to a mobile phone/iPad charger, etc.
They can normally supply a current of 1000 mA.
The speakers will
not switch on. Make sure that the speakers are properly connected to a USB
charger, that the cable is intact and that the USB charger is
functioning correctly.
No sound. Check the volume.
If using Bluetooth:
• Make sure that the Bluetooth connection has been properly
established.
• Test the playback from your external device before
connecting it to the speaker to ensure that it works.
• Try playback using another file. The file you are attempting to
play may be corrupted.
If using the AUX:
• Check that the audio cable connecting the device and
the speaker is intact and securely connected.
• Test the playback from your external device before
connecting it to the speaker to ensure that it works.

Things to consider:
• Other wireless equipment using the same frequency band
can reduce the transmission range.
• The range of all wireless equipment depends on the type of
obstacles located between the transmitter and the receiver
(e.g. a concrete wall will interfere with the signal more than
a plasterboard wall).
Responsible disposal
