Connecting your iPod
1. Open the transparent cover [ A ].
. Insert the iPod adaptor for the type of iPod you are going to use. Push the
adaptor straight down into the holder.
(If you are using the iPod Mini, 0 GB, 0/40 GB or 0 GB, insert the
accompanying spacers.
. Turn on your iPod and insert it into the adaptor.
4. Push the On/Off button [ ] to turn on the speaker unit. The LED on the
front of the speaker unit lights up when the device is turned on.
5. Start playing the music from the inserted music device (read the respective
device’s instruction manual).
. Adjust the volume using the volume controls [ + ] and [ – ].
Connection to a computer or other music source
(e.g. MP3 player, laptop etc.)
1. Connect the accompanying audio lead to the sound input jack [ L ] on the
back and to the headphone jack on e.g. the MP player.
. Push the On/Off button [ ] to turn on the speaker unit. The LED on the
front of the speaker unit lights up when the device is turned on.
. Start playing the music from the inserted music device (read the respective
device’s instruction manual).
4. Adjust the volume using the volume controls [ + ] and [ – ].
