Manual time signal search
A time signal can be searched for manually at any time by holding in the [
▼
WAVE ]
button until the alarm clock emits a short beep. Press [
▼
WAVE ] once again to return
to automatic search mode.
Whilst the search for a radio signal is in progress, none of the buttons on the alarm
clock will work and no signals from the outdoor sensor will be received.
Disabling the time signal reception
The time signal reception can be turned off by pressing and holding in [
▼
WAVE ] and
[
▲
] at the same time for 2 seconds. The time signal can be enabled again by holding
the same two buttons in for 2 seconds.
Signal strength indicator
Whilst the alarm clock is searching for a radio signal, the strength of the signal can be
checked by pressing [
▼
WAVE ] once.
The strength of the signal is indicated as follows:
• Display shows
: strong signal.
• Display shows
or
: weak or no signal.
During reception, the strength of the signal can vary. This is completely normal.
Pressing [ SET ] once will return the alarm clock to normal time display mode
and the radio signal icon will appear again.

If the alarm clock cannot receive the time signal automatically, it can be set manually.
If the alarm clock receives a time signal later, the time will then be adjusted automatically.
1. Hold in the [ SET ] button for 2 seconds. The hour digits will flash, press [
▲
] or [
▼
]
to adjust them.
2. Press [ SET ] briefly to confirm and move to the minutes. The minutes digits will
flash, press [
▲
] or [
▼
] to adjust them.
3. Press [ SET ] briefly to confirm. “05” flashes, press [
▲
] or [
▼
] to set the snooze
time (5 to 60 minutes).
4. Press [ SET ] briefly to confirm. “00” flashes, press [
▲
] or [
▼
] to set the time zone
(+1 to -1 hour).
5. Press [ SET ] briefly again to return to normal clock mode. If no button is pressed
for 8 seconds, the clock will automatically retun to normal clock mode.
