Instructions for use
Long-press [ ] for 2 seconds
to turn the units on. The indicator
light of both units will shine green.
• If the microphone on the baby
unit detects a sound it will
automatically be sent to
the parent unit. The indicator
light on the parent unit will
flash green.
• When the baby is quiet and the baby unit detects no sound, the baby
unit automatically enters standby mode to save battery power. As soon as
a sound is detected, the unit changes from standby mode to transmitting
audio to the parent unit.
Range
The baby monitor has a built-in sensor to detect when the units are too far
apart. If the distance between the units is too great, the indicator light on
the parent unit will flash red and an alarm will sound.
Standby mode
• Standby mode is activated on the baby unit automatically.
• If you have placed the parent unit where you know that it is within range
of the baby unit, it might also be a good idea to put the parent unit into
standby mode. Quick-press [ ] 3 times to activate standby mode on
the parent unit.
Search function
If the parent unit has been mislaid, its location can be revealed by quick-
pressing [ ] on the baby unit. The parent unit will then emit an audible
signal.
Volume and vibration
Press (+) or (–) on the parent unit to adjust the volume. If the volume is lowered
to the lowest setting, a short audible signal will be emitted and the unit will
enter vibration mode. The vibration mode is deactivated by raising the volume.
