Troubleshooting guide
The fryer does not start.
• Is the power cable undamaged and securely
plugged into an electrical outlet?
• Is the electrical outlet live?
• Has the timer been set correctly?
The ingredients are not
ready when the timer
reaches zero.
• The temperature is too low.
• The frying time is too short.
• The basket contains too many ingredients.
The ingredients are
unevenly fried.
• Certain ingredients need to be shaken after half
the frying time has elapsed.
The ingredients are not
crispy after frying.
• Make sure to use the right type of ingredients.
Ingredients intended to be deep fried in oil are not
suitable for an air fryer.
• Try brushing the ingredients with a small amount of
oil before frying.
Steam escapes from
the fryer during use.

This will form steam and the pan can become hotter
