SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

BEFORE
attempting to transport any load, ensure you are physically able to do so.
•
DO NOT
exceed the maximum working load for the truck -
250kg Vertically - 300kg
Horizontally
•
DO NOT
leave the truck on a gradient without first securely chocking the wheels.
•
DO NOT
allow children to play with or ride on the truck.
•
DO NOT
leave the truck on any steep inclines.
•
NEVER
use the truck if any of the tyres are deflated....inflate them immediately.
•
NEVER
use the truck to transport personnel or animals.
•
ALWAYS
inspect the truck for signs of wear or damage before using.
•
ALWAYS
ensure the load is evenly distributed and is perfectly stable.
ASSEMBLY
Tools Required
17mm spanner x2, 14mm spanner , flat bladed screwdriver
NOTE: when attaching parts, ensure all bolts are fitted before final tightening.
Attach stub axles (2)
to the main frame (1)
using the nuts bolts
and washers
supplied.,
Attach wheels (3) to
the axles (2) and
secure with washer
and split pin.
Attatch caster (4)
using nuts bolts and
washers supplied
Check and tighten all nuts and bolts
