ASSEMBLY
1. Loosely bolt the supporting
column to the rear crossmember.
2. Loosely bolt the centre spine to
the front crossmember.
3. Secure the braked castors to the
front crossmember with nuts and
washers.
4. Fit the wheels to the rear cross-
member using the small washers
and split-pins.
5. Fit the middle castor to the
supporting column and secure
with washers and nut.
6. Connect the hinged centre spine
to the column support section
using the pivot bolt, washers &
nut. Insert the locking pin and R-
clip through the holes in the spine/
supporting column according to
whether the engine stand is to be
in use, or folded for storage.
7. Fit the engine mounting plate to
the column and secure with the
locating pin.
8. Loosely attach the four mounting
arms to the engine mounting
plate with nuts, bolts and washers.
9. Fit the handle through the hole in
the spindle of the mounting plate.
