1.

  Adjust the brush pressure by turning 

the regulation knob.

2.

  Check for brush wear, and make  

sure that it is installed correctly.

3.

  Check to see if there is debris that is 

preventing the brush from rotating.

(*) For these causes the maintenance 
procedure must be performed by an 
authorized Clarke Service Center.

Service Manual, available at any    
Clarke Service Center.

 Check if the battery is charged.

2.

  Check if the battery  is correctly 

fitting in the machine. (*)

3.

  Machine fault indicated by LED’s 

blinking. (*)

  Check to see if the solution filter is 

dirty. Clean it if necessary.

2.

  Check if the holes in solution 

dispensers are clogged. Remove 
them and clean if needed.

3.

  Check to make sure the quick 

connect valve is not leaking.

Check if the recovery tank is full.

2.

  Check if dirt and debris are clogging 

the squeegee inlet and if the blades 
are worn or damaged.

3.

  Rinse the inside of the duct recovery 

hose with water.

4.  

Check if the float cage is clean.
