Your CLARK lift truck has been built to meet all applicable
mandatory requirements of ANSI / ITSDF B56.1 Safety
Standard for Powered Industrial Trucks. Each truck also in-
cludes certain safety devices, such as a horn and overhead
guard, as standard equipment. No additions, omissions, or
modifications should be made to the truck that affect com

pliance to the above requirements or in any way minimize
the effectiveness of the safety devices.
