Attach the Pivot Tube, (102569), Hitch Tube
Assembly, (104849) and Tires (102607) as
shown.

TIP: Leave all of the fasteners slightly loose
until the end of the assembly, this will aid
greatly in the assembly process.

Attach the U-Frame Weldment, (102564)
to the assembly from Step 1.
