5. The number shown on the display will blink once your body weight has been determined.
The remaining values will then be determined. This is displayed by the countdown ‘oooo’ on
the display (moves from left to right).
6. Remain on the scale and remain still during the countdown. You are free to step off the scale
as soon as the countdown has ended on the body fat appears on the display. The determined
values are shown sequentially on the display three times in the following order: Body fat,
body water and weight. The device will also display which category you are in: UNDERFAT
(not enough body fat), HEALTHY (normal body fat), OVERFAT (increased body fat) or
OBESE (too much body fat).
Display and error messages
The following error messages may appear on the display:

Lo
The scale batteries are too weak. Insert new batteries (please refer to the
“Changing the batteries” chapter for details).
EEEE
More than 180 kg are on the scale. It is overloaded.
ErrL
Values cannot be determined for body fat and body water. Correct the
position of your feet. Your feet must be bare and dry and you must be
positioned properly on the contact surfaces of the scale.
changing the batteries
If ‘Lo’ is shown on the display, the batteries are weak and need to be replaced. You will
need 3 V Lithium batteries (CR2032).
1. Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
2. Remove the used battery from the battery compartment.
3. Insert a new 3 V Lithium battery with the positive terminal facing up (facing you).
4. Put the cover back on the battery compartment. The cover of the battery compartment
must audibly lock into place.
