7. Tighten the lock buckle to secure the extendible steering column.
To fold the product, pull the locking tube and subsequently push the
extendible steering column down.
CAUTION
Do not extend the height of the steering column beyond the top
hole. The metal pill will not be engaged, thereby causing the user to fall.

- Check that the wheels are not damaged or worn excessively.

- Ensure that all parts, such as nuts, bolts and fasteners
are secure. There should not be any unusual sound from loose parts or
broken components.

distraction of pets, children and other objects.
