While the hands indicate between 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM:

If you want to perform the steps, first turn the crown in position

to move the hands
so they are not indicating between 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM.

Pull out the crown to position

Turn the crown to the right (clockwise) to set the date to one day before the date you
want to set.

Turn the crown to the left (counterclockwise) to set the date.
• The watch indicates morning when the date changes.

Turn the crown to set the time.
• To set an afternoon or evening hour, turn the hands to 12:00 first, then set the time.

• The date is based on a 31-day calendar. Adjust the date indication on the first days of
March, May, July, October and December.

Setting the time and date
• When the screw down crown is equipped on your model, loosen the screw before
operation. After operation, return the crown to the normal position and tighten it.
• When the watch stops, turn the crown to the right (clockwise) in position

to wind
the mainspring manually.
