To configure the history parameters for the IP SLA operation, use the
history
command in the appropriate
configuration mode. To use the default value, use the
no
form of this command.

Syntax Description
Sets the number of history buckets that are kept during the lifetime of the IP SLA
operation.
buckets
Number of history buckets that are kept during the lifetime of an IP SLA operation.
Range is 1 to 60.
buckets
Defines the type of information that is kept in the history table for the IP SLA
operation.
filter
Stores history data for all operations, if set.
all
Stores data for operations that failed, if set.
failures
Sets the number of lives that are maintained in the history table for an IP SLA
operation.
lives
Number of lives that are maintained in the history table for an IP SLA operation.
Range is 0 to 2.
