If there is a safety cover for the terminals, place it over the terminals to prevent people from accidentally
touching the terminals when the power is on.

Turn the power on at the circuit breaker.

Verify that the

LED is on and green.

If the LED is off, check the AC power source circuit breaker to be sure that it is turned on.
