Chapter 5: Customizing Your Phone Settings

Logging into the Linksys One Portal

Linksys One Communications Solution

2. When presented with a User login page, enter the following information: 

User: 

<3-digit phone extension>

 

Password: 

<3-digit phone ext 100>

 by default

Changing Your Password 

The first time you access your Linksys One Portal you will be prompted to change your 
password.

For security purposes, it’s a good idea to change your password the first time you login to 
the Linksys One Portal.

Here’s how you change the password for your Linksys One Portal when you log in as a User. 

1. Login to your Linksys One Portal.

2. Click on 

Accounts

.

3. In the Password Change section, type your old and new password. For password 

verification, type your new password again.

4. Click the 

button to save your changes. Your password will be updated 

immediately.

NOTE:

If you change your password 

on your Linksys One Portal when you 
log in as a User, you are also changing 
it for your voice mail (and vice-versa).

NOTE: 

You can also change your 

password from the 

Voice Mail

 menu on 

the phone screen. See ”Changing Your 
Voice Mail Password” on page 31.
