capstan.

On servo capstan, position bridle cable stop-ball at 12 o’clock position
(stop-ball at top of capstan), and wrap short end of bridle cable approxi-
mately 540° clockwise such that it exits aft at bottom of capstan.

Reassemble capstan.

Position slip clutch cartridge into capstan.

Install retaining ring securing slip clutch cartridge to capstan.

Position capstan assembly to servo mount.

Install bolt and washer securing capstan assembly to servo mount. Torque
bolt 35.0±5.0 in-lb (3.95±0.56 Nm).

Install cable guards.
(e)
Position stiffener ring to capstan cable guards and secure with screws and
washers. Torque screws 10.0±2.0 in-lb (1.13±0.23 Nm).

Installation - GSM 86 Yaw Servo Mount
(a)
Position yaw servo to mounting bracket and secure with bolts and washers.
(b)
Torque bolts 35.0±5.0 in-lb (3.95±0.56 Nm).
(c)
Perform Adjustment/Test - GSM 86 Yaw Servo Mount Bridle Cable Tension.
(d)
Connect yaw servo plug to socket.
(e)
Reset YAW SERVO circuit breaker.
(f)
Perform Operational Test - GFC 700 Autopilot.
