To resolve this in Furniture Wizard, do the following:
1.
When this message appears in Furniture Wizard, click OK.
2.
The item then displays on the Cipher Data Manager function with a 0 entry in
the Item Number field.

Double-click the Item Number field to access the Inventory Lookup function.

Double-click the Model field and enter the model number.
5.
Double-click the correct record in the list.
