How to troubleshoot Bluetooth Imager and Cradle Connection
When the Bluetooth Imager can’t connect with the cradle BT, please scan “Uninstall” in the
“Quick Start Guide”, The Imager gives 4 short beeps,
Then Imager’s status indicator and
Cradle LED (Right / Left LED) give alternating red – green blink
, Afterwards please
scan “Pair Mode” in the “Quick Start Guide” and try again.
If you are unable to connect your Bluetooth Imager to the cradle please check and try the
following:
1. Ensure that battery is fully charged and placed into the Bluetooth Imager.
2. Ensure the Imager and Cradle are uninstalled state

Imager’s status indicator and
Cradle LED (Right / Left LED) give alternating red – green blink)
.

You have to press reset button of the Bluetooth Imager, You will hear the special
4 beeps in ascending tone.

You have to press the multi function button of cradle about 6 seconds, You will
hear the special 4 beeps in ascending tone.
5. You have to make sure left and right LED of the cradle is alternating red and green
blink, If it still red blink or steady red, It expressed uninstall of the pair mode is fail.
6. Do you rescan barcode "Pair mode" in the “Quick Start Guide”, Afterwards please take
it onto the cradle within 10 seconds, The pairing process will be automatically start,
You will hear the special 4 beeps in ascending tone, Now the pairing process is
completed.
7. The Bluetooth Imager LED gives green blinks as regular interval, and the cradle LED
gives steady green.
