The measure grinder can be set with 2 different drawing
modes, which can be set by the user by entering the dedicated
menu.

10. Cleaning Operations
General
The grinder-doser should be cleaned periodically, with special
attention given to those areas that come into contact with the
coffee.
To clean, follow these procedures:
Always switch off the appliance at switch (

) and cut off from
the mains via the omnipolar switch.

Close the gate (

) pulling it towards the outside and separate
the coffee beans receptacle (

) from the grinder-doser.
Remove any remaining coffee from the coffee beans receptacle
(

).
Wash the receptacle with a damp cloth using methods and
detergents suitable to objects that come into contact with
foodstuffs. Rinse thoroughly and dry, removing any organic
residue.
Before replacing the coffee beans receptacle (
2
) on the grinder-
doser, ensure that all the parts have been dried thoroughly
For correct application of the HACCP system, please
follow the instructions in this paragraph.

Clean the bodywork of the appliance with a soft cloth and
use products that DO NOT contain ammonia or abrasive
substances. Remove any organic residue.
N.B. Do not spray liquids inside the openings of the appliance.
