International Guarantee
Your new watch Mathieu Legrand® has undergone a number of
quality control and accuracy tests before leaving our workshops
and is the result of an accurate work from experiences watch ma-
kers. Our wish is to assure you to have our best possible product
in your hand.
Make sure that you have received a certificate of authenticity
along with your watch. Without it you loose the right for any war-
ranty service.
The guarantee covers a period of 24 months from the date of
purchase. In this period of time a watch will be repaired free of
charge or replaced by another model of the same worth if a repair
is not possible. If your watch has a need for repair, please send it
to the official Service Center Mathieu Legrand®. For this go to the
web site www.mathieu-legrand.ch under „Service“ and follow the
instructions given there.
The International Guarantee does not cover:
- Glass damages
- Battery
- Strap damages
- Defects arising from accidents, mishandling, incorrect or abusive
use (for example but not limited to: knocks, crushing, exposure to
high temperatures or to strong magnetic fields)
If you need some replacement parts or a maintenance which is not
covered by the guarantee, please contact to the official
Mathieu Legrand® Service Center by going to the web site
www.mathieu-legrand.ch under „Service“ and have a quotation be
done which is to be paid before repair.
Mathieu Legrand® offers you the option to extend the manu-
facturer‘s warranty for your watch from 24 to 48 months. To use
this option, you must first register your watch within the regular
warranty period. To do this, please fill out the warranty form at
https://www.chronos-manufactures.ch/garantie/mathieulegrand or
scan the QR code on the enclosed warranty card. You will then
be asked to upload your invoice. After successful registration,
you will receive a certificate by e-mail for your records.
Towards the end of the guarantee period, you will receive an
e-mail from us asking you to send in your Mathieu Legrand®
watch for an inspection, for which a charge is payable. In the
course of this revision, our watchmakers will check whether your
watch is in perfect working order and will fix any defects and
flaws. After the inspection, you will receive a new guarantee for
your watch, which will be valid for another 24 months.
If you make regular use of this service, you will enjoy your watch
for a lifetime.
