6.12.2 3DPIXA dual camera
White balancing has to be performed for both cameras separately.
The camera is prepared for white balancing (see chapter 6.11, p. 67).
1. Start the application software.
2. Observe a live image.
3. Identify the brightest area in the image.
You may use a line profile to evaluate the brightness of the images. Check your frame
grabber software whether a line profile is available.

White reference mark
in the
Camera Parameter
folder.
5. In the
Show white reference border
field enable
Display white reference borders in
the image
.
6. Save the settings in the volatile memory of the camera by selecting the appropriate
toolbar icon or by pressing the F9 key.
