5. Remove the laser driver board.
See Replacing the laser driver board on page 82.
6. Remove the four M3 captive screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver securing LVPS bracket.
7. Remove one screw and two hex screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver securing front cover.
8. Remove the front cover from the projector.
9. Remove the interlock switch.
See Removing the front cover interlock switch on page 65
10. Remove the interlock switch harnesses from the clips
11. Transfer the interlock switch to the new front cover.
12. Remove the front IR sensor board.
See Replacing the front IR sensor board on page 76.
13. Transfer the IR sensor board to the new front cover.
14. If required, replace the front cover.
15. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.
Removing the rear cover
The rear cover provides access to the air cooing.
