INSTALLATION AND SET UP
Attach the Clamp Assembly to the Tempering Machine
pushing the inside of the Clip against the Rail, and tightening
The discharge end of the Barrel Assembly can be rotated to dispense on either side
Align the Motor Assembly dovetail with its mate on the Barrel Assembly discharge,
and rotate the Auger so the Drive Pin will engage a slot on the Motor Coupler as
Rotate the Speed Control Knob on the Power Supply (Fig.5) counter clockwise and
put the direction switch on the Power Supply at “forward”. Connect the Power Supply
cord to the Power Supply, and plug the Circular Connectors from the Power Supply
into the Receptacles on the Motor Assembly. See Fig.6
Plug the Power Supply into a 115V receptacle.

OPERATION
commence by rotating the Speed Control Knob on thePower Supply clockwise.
Starting dispenser with partially melted chocolate or with solid residue in the barrel
may damage the device.
