Important: only use the enclosed electric cord. A damaged cord needs to be replaced immediately. 

Clean  the  device  with  a  moistered  or  wet  cloth.  Do  never  plunge  the  machine  (completely  or  partly)  

into water, or any other liquid!

Don’t put the device in contact with another heat source.

Never use a hot-air source on synthetic material. Put it never in the oven!

Take out the internal bowl for tempering of chocolate.

DESCRIPTION

1.  Use synthetic lid to close down melting kettle. Long contact with light or air damages the quality of the 

chocolate, therefore close the bag directly, before or after use. No heat will be lost, avoid risk on crust for-

ming on chocolate, aroma’s of chocolates are guarenteed.

2.  The inox inner box needs to be used to melt down chocolates, to temper and make applications.

3.  The red indication light switches on automatically when heating turns on or switches off.

4. With the mechanical thermostat, desired temperature in °Celsius can be adapted. Temperature from 25° 

Celsius to 50° Celsius. Fixed temperature does not change, after set up.
