SETTING UP THE PLAY YARD

Remove the play yard from the carry bag. Unhook the two Velcro® tabs      

to remove the mattress pad     .  

Separate the corners to open the play yard. 

Note

Do not push center of the floor down yet.

WARNING

To prevent injury or death, 

DO NOT 

allow child in

product with 

SIDES DOWN

ALWAYS

 make sure 

sides are raised and all four rails are fully and securely 

locked by firmly pushing down on the center of 

each rail.

Lift up both long top rails     until they securely lock 

into place.

Note: 

The floor must stay up, as shown, so the rails 

will lock properly.

If the rails do not lock into place, pull up on the strap 

handle     , draw the feet together, and try to lock the rails 

again. Lift up both short top rails      until they securely 

lock into place.

Push down on the center of the floor      until it locks into a flat position.

CONFIGURING THE BASSINET

IMPORTANT: 

NEVER use the play yard without the mattress pad securely 

installed on either the play yard floor or in the bassinet.

Remove child and all accessories from the play yard before

configuring the bassinet.

     , disconnect two mattress 

straps    

 

from each side of the play yard ,then remove the

pad. Place the bassinet      on the floor with tubes and 

sleeves facing upward.

Note: 

Tubes are pre-installed on the bassinet and require

only to be connected. Connect one set of tubes      and      

together, as shown. Make sure they are securely 

connected. Repeat for the other set of tubes.

WARNING

To avoid serious injury or death:

• Check to ensure bassinet is fully secure by firmly 

pressing down on all four corners of the mattress pad.

• DO NOT 

use bassinet with children over 15 lbs

( 6.8 kg). Discontinue use when child begins to push 

up on hands and knees or can roll over.

• FALL HAZARD: 

To prevent falls, do not use this 

product when infant begins to push up on hands and 

knees or has reached manufacturer's recommended 

maximum weight, whichever comes first.

To use the mattress pad      with the bassinet, place it  

on the bassinet, cushion side up. 

Insert the four mattress straps     on the mattress pad through the slots 

in the bassinet and fasten them to the Velcro tabs on the underside of the

bassinet. Make sure all four straps are properly secured to the bassinet.

Note:

 The mattress pad must always be used with the Velcro tabs facing

downward to secure the pad to the floor of the bassinet.

Note:

 The mattress pad must always be used with cushion side up.

WARNING

To prevent injury or death, 

NEVER

 configure the bassinet with a

child in the play yard floor. 

ALWAYS 

remove the child from the

 play yard floor before configuring the bassinet.

   Fasten the bassinet     to the play yard using the zipper      

on the side of the bassinet. Cover the zipper tab with

 its flap    , as shown.

IMPORTANT:

To use the play yard with the mattress pad alone:

Place mattress pad 

 

       on the floor of the play yard, cushion side up. 

Insert the four mattress straps     

 

through the slots       in the floor of 

the play yard and fasten them to the Velcro tabs on the underside of 

the play yard floor. Make sure all four straps are properly secured to the 

play yard and the Velcro tabs are facing downward, securing the pad 

to the play yard floor.

Note:

 The mattress pad must always be used with the cushion side up.
