ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
To lower Mattress Base Height...

Lay down the cot on the fixed side panel.
Remove the two lower filler bolts and nuts from
each of the end panels.
Remove the four mattress base bolts from the
end panels.
Carefully slide the base to match the lower holes
and replace mattress base bolts.

PLEASE NOTE! Re-fit filling bolt and nut to the higher base
positions to prevent possible finger entrapment.
