Chicago Gaming Company warrants to the original purchaser that the hardware product is in good working condition
for a period of 90 days from taking delivery of the product. Should this product, in Chicago Gaming Company’s
opinion, malfunction within the warranty period because of a defect in design, materials, or workmanship, Chicago

Chicago Gaming Company for replacement.

Chicago Gaming Company makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to the

damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, hardware, or documentation, even if advised of the
possibility of such damages. The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral
or written, express or implied. No person, seller, dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification
or addition to this limited warranty.

the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
also have other rights that vary from state to state.
